What is Xactimate?
Xactimate® is a powerful estimation tool used to create, send, and receive construction estimates. It is primarily used for estimating restoration and repairs, insurance claims, and new construction.
Xactimate has been widely used by insurance companies in the past decade. Insurance company adjusters use it to calculate building damage, repair, and rebuilding costs. Adjusters use Xactimate to generate loss estimates and claim settlement offers.
This software collects data from countless material suppliers and millions of actual estimates and is intended to reflect actual market pricing. Your insurance company is likely to turn an Xactimate estimate into the settlement offer they make to you.
In order to make your claim process as smooth and easy as possible, we at Water’s Fault use the Xactimate generated estimates to provide them to insurance companies. That format is easily readable and understandable to all adjusters. That makes the process of filing and processing a claim more transparent, both to us, the contactor, and to an insurance company.
The below price list is effective June 12th, 2024, and is based on Zip Code 94010.
It is taken from the Xactimate software and reflects the original figures that are put into our final restoration or construction estimate.
NOTE: Xactimate may change their rates without notification and we won’t be able to adjust them on the website immidiatly. Certain conditions of the project may also reflect on the price. Therefore these prices should be consideed as approximate and final invoice going to be made based on actual Xactimate numbers.
