Original Construction Corp. DBA WATER’S FAULT (“WATER’S FAULT” or “We”) offers brand supporters (“Referrer” or “You”) the opportunity to participate in its referral program (the “Program”). We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason. The Program is administered by WATER’S FAULT.
Referrers are bound by these Terms and Conditions by participating in the Program. By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to use the Program in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as a Referrer or to participate in the Program in any other manner. Referrers may not participate in the Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions and/or the methods through which rewards are earned. We reserve the right to disqualify any Referrers from participation in the Program at any time at our sole discretion, including without limitation if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise fails to comply with any applicable laws (including, without limitation, through any failure to include any disclosures as required by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) or otherwise required by WATER’S FAULT).

Eligibility
The Program is open to all individuals and businesses. Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old.
Making a Referral
A referral must be made at https://watersfault.com/referral-submission-form/ by submitting the prospective client’s contact information through our official referral form, provided they have obtained the consent of the individual being referred.
No previous contracts are required. Once a Referrer refers a client, he/she will be provided with a confirmation email and will be contacted if a Referral is confirmed as qualified.
Referrers must respect the spirit of the Program by only referring real clients who meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions.
Qualifying Referral
A “Qualified Referral” means that all the following conditions are met:
- The Client is a legal resident of the United States of America and is at least 18 years old.
- The new Client has not previously engaged with WATER’S FAULT.
- The Client signs a contract with Water’s FAULT for water and/or mold remediation services.
- The Client’s case is covered by his insurance.
- The Client’s location is within the current service area of WATER’S FAULT (subject to change at WATER’S FAULT discretion).
Earning Rewards
For each qualifying Referral, the Referrer will receive a reward. The nature and value of the reward are subject to change and are at the sole discretion of WATER’S FAULT. Rewards will be issued only after the referred client has signed a contract with WATER’S FAULT.
Limitations
There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can make. However, WATER’S FAULT reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the referred clients and to refuse issuing rewards for any referrals deemed fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Referrers cannot refer themselves.
The Referral is only paid out for the client that Referrer Directly refers to, if the referral then proceeds to refer others to WATER’S FAULT, the Referrer would not be eligible for these additional referrals.
Privacy
WATER’S FAULT respects privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. Referral information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Termination and Modification
WATER”S FAULT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice, including the terms and rewards offered.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by WATER’S FAULT, whose decision will be final and binding.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Limitation of Liability
WATER’S FAULT will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Referral Program, including, but not limited to, any errors in the administration of the program or the announcement of rewards.
WATER’S FAULT shall not be liable to any Referrer for failure to supply any Reward or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasigovernmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, tornado, tsunami, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other similar or dissimilar cause beyond any of the released parties’ control.
