Our client found her flooring on the second floor changing color. Being a responsible owner, the client felt it prudent to have a professional assessment of the damage and called Water’s Fault Restorations.
As a result of the assessment, Class 1 water damage has been detected. Excessive moisture was detected on the floor on the first level of the house. Water damage remediation was recommended, and the client made the decision to proceed with our company’s service, including demolition and water damage mitigation.
Our team did all the work step-by-step, following the best practices:
- Complete removal of the flooring
- Partial demolition of water-damaged drywall and insulation on walls
- Complete dehumidification and drying of water-damaged walls and flooring with the help of professional equipment
- Moisture level control during and after the drying process
- Cleaning the job site
