We were hired to perform mold remediation in Mountain Veiw. The client had gradually expanding mold on the ceiling, wall, and inside a cabinet in the garage.
After performing the partial ceiling removal, our technicians discovered mold on the wooden structures. Mold remediation was performed, taking all necessary safety precautions.
The scope of work included:
- Building containment to protect the undamaged area from spreading of mold spores and dust
- Partial cut-out of drywall on the ceiling
- Mechanical and chemical anti-mold treatment
- Complete dehumidification and drying with the help of professional equipment
- Applying the mold-resistant coating in order to prevent mold growth in the future
- Cleaning the job site
